Four Springfield kitchens had issues with sanitizer this week — with one kitchen having too much and others not having enough or any, according to food inspection reports from the Springfield-Greene County Health Department.
Burn Boot Camp Springfield MO, 820 W. El Camino Alto Drive, was cited for having its quaternary sanitizer concentration exceeding 400 parts per million in its three-vat sink, according to the May 27 report. The violation was corrected on site.
