DOUGLAS COUNTY, Mo. — A Springfield man has been arrested for allegations of a physical altercation in Douglas County on Tuesday, June 9.
Tremane Courtney, born in 2006, has been charged with second-degree assault, second-degree robbery, endangering the welfare of a child creating substantial risk and attempting to tamper with a motor vehicle, online court dockets state.
Deputies note in a probable cause statement that they received information about an incident around 7:55 p.m. on Tuesday, of a man, later identified as Courtney, who refused to leave a home.
While law enforcement was traveling to the scene, dispatch received notice of another call that said a man was having a heart attack after an altercation with Courtney. Officials say medical services were dispatched following the alert…
