SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — A 12-year-old girl and a 77-year-old woman were seriously injured Friday, June 12, in a crash on U.S. 60 east of Springfield.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) crash report, both vehicles were traveling westbound on U.S. 60 when the crash happened at 12:37 p.m.
The report states the 2018 Ford Edge, driven by the 77-year-old woman, crossed into the path of a 1998 Kenworth W900 driven by a 44-year-old man from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Kenworth then struck the driver’s side of the Ford Edge…
