SPRINGFIELD, MO – Andy’s Frozen Custard is requesting support from the city in constructing a new national headquarters campus on the city’s east side.
At its upcoming regular meeting on Monday, June 22, city council members will consider a bill to issue $32-million dollars in Industrial Revenue Bonds to pay for the construction of the new complex on the northeast corner of E. Division St. and Le Compte Road.
