SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A Springfield woman is offering a $300 reward for the return of her Chihuahua, Ree Ree, who went missing in early May after jumping out of a car window while in the care of family members.
Cynthia Chaluisant had owned Ree Ree for about three months before letting him spend time with other family members. She said he got out of the car at Lone Pine and East Sunshine on May 5th.
Sightings point in different directions
Reported sightings have complicated the search. While Ree Ree went missing near Lone Pine and East Sunshine, subsequent sightings came in from the north side of the city — near Flora Farms and Drury, and at I-44 and Glenstone.
“They say he got out of the car at Lone Pine and East Sunshine but then the leads I followed on your page, the sightings were all on the north side — like by Flora Farms and Drury, I-44 and Glenstone — which was really contradicting,” Chaluisant said…
