OTTAWA COUNTY, Okla. — A turnpike crash in July has claimed the life of a second man, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported on Monday.
Dylan Hoyt, 24, of Springfield, passed away on July 27 due to injuries associated with the collision, according to an OHP statement.
