SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — The family of a man who died after a bicycle crash in a Springfield neighborhood is suing the parents of a child they allege was in the roadway when the crash happened.
The wrongful death lawsuit was filed Aug. 18 in Greene County Circuit Court by Shawn Brand, Laura French, Emily Fitzgearlds and Scott Brand against Aaron and Amy Little.
