SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – City leaders said Jenny Lind Apartments has gotten a permit to fix one of the broken elevators in the building after the city posted an abatement notice for the nuisance property on Thursday. The abatement notice was taken down not long after it was posted on Thursday morning.
