SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — One man has been arrested and another person taken to the hospital after a fight outside a Springfield club ended with shots fired.
According to the Springfield Police Department (SPD), officers were called to Midnight Rodeo on Glenstone Avenue at 11:54 p.m. on Thursday for reports of an assault in the parking lot.

SPD says a fight in the parking lot ended with one person being taken to the hospital with minor injuries from the altercation. During the fight, someone pulled out a gun and fired it, but SPD says no one was hit.
One man has been arrested for firing the gun, SPD says, but charges against him had not been filed as of Friday morning.
