A night for the adults at Dickerson Park Zoo’s Brew at the Zoo

For one night only, the Dickerson Park Zoo is opening for the adults only. The annual Brew at the Zoo will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024. Brew at the Zoo is a 21+ event.

“It’s a night to get a sitter and come out and enjoy the zoo at night,” Dickerson Park Zoo’s Joey Powell says. “The zoo during the day is for the family and kids. Sometimes it’s fun to just have a beer, a sample of wine, and journey around the zoo.”

Brew at the Zoo, Springfield’s most exotic beer festival, will add wine tasting courtesy of Mamma Jean’s Natural Market to this year’s event. Tasting tents include Bell’s, Boston Beer, Hard Mountain Dew, Athletic Brewing, Sierra Nevada, Yes Tea, Boulevard, Firestone Walker, Top Chico, and more.

Five Missouri universities now offer no-application direct admissions

On top of the alcohol options, the zoo will be open for attendees to take a walk through Springfield’s most exotic 1.2-mile trail. The petting zoo, giraffe deck and train will be open for business.
