Patients, staff left searching for answers after sudden changes at Total Point Urgent Care in Nixa

NIXA, Mo. — Patients and medical staff at Total Point Urgent Care say they were caught off guard by abrupt staffing changes at the facility, leaving them uncertain about their employment and ongoing care.

Several former employees say they arrived to find they could no longer access the building, with some claiming the locks had been changed. They say they were later informed their employment had been terminated, but without a clear explanation.
