SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – A popular event returned to Springfield for its fifth year.
The Bayou Bandit hosted the Crawfish Cookoff and Cajun Festival at the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds on Saturday. Twenty-five teams went head-to-head in multiple divisions of boiled crawfish entrees, whole smoked alligators, and more.
