YUMA, Ariz. (KYMA) – While a Yuma doctor is serving prison time for Medicaid fraud, his former patients are still waiting to access their medical records.
Dr. Irfan Fazil, 54, was sentenced earlier this month to 7.5 years in prison for stealing more than $36 million from Medicaid.
