SUSANVILLE, California (KOLO) – The Bureau of Land Management has lifted fire restrictions for public lands in northeast California and northwest Nevada. Citing cool weather, BLM has rescinded restrictions for Lassen, Modoc and Plumas Counties, the eastern parts of Shasta and Siskiyou counties, and in parts of Washoe and Humboldt counties.
