Georgia Ranks Third in Voter Power for Presidential Election

According to data from WalletHub, Georgia ranks third in terms of voter influence in presidential elections.

As a key swing state, Georgia holds significant sway over the election results, being one of the states with the most “power and influence.”WalletHub’s analysis of voter influence compared the “relative power” of voters in each state, with only two states ranking higher than Georgia.

The rankings were determined by using YouGov’s “win probabilities” and evaluating each state on a 100-point scale. States with a 50% chance of swinging either Democratic or Republican received 100 points, while those with no chance received 0 points.

The final “Presidential Election Voter Power Score” was calculated by multiplying the win probability score by the number of electors for each state, then dividing by the population aged 18 and older. The result was multiplied by 1,000,000 to reflect each state’s voter power.

The top ten states with the most influential voters include:

1. Nevada

2. North Carolina
