(WAND) – Warmer and mostly dry weather is in the forecast for Central Illinois. A system dropping through the Midwest today will bring some rain showers and chilly highs around 40°. The rain ends early tonight and skies become partly to mostly sunny Wednesday with highs in the mid-40s.
