Several Hardee’s restaurants close across Central Illinois

CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (WCIA) — Multiple locations of a fast food restaurant including restaurants in Champaign, Springfield and Decatur have closed this week.

A spokesperson with Hardee’s confirmed several locations across the state have closed.

“This decision was not made lightly, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our guests,” Lauren Garton, the communications coordinator for CKE Restaurants Holdings which owns Hardee’s, said in an email. “We appreciate our communities’ patronage and have enjoyed serving guests throughout the years.”

The spokesperson encouraged customers to use their website to find their new nearest location.

The following eight Central Illinois Hardee’s restaurants have closed. While the locations are still listed on the website as of Wednesday afternoon, they are not listed on the app and customers are unable to order food from the stores online.
