QUAD CITIES, Iowa/Ill. (KWQC) — Nightly chances for rain and snow will continue tonight, but ahead of it we will warm well into the 40s and 50s making today the warmest day of the week. Tonight around 10PM, rain will roll in from west to east. By 2AM some snow may mix in our northernmost counties with an inch or less possible. The precipitation will be out in time for the morning commute, but a few slick spots may remain. Highs Thursday will once again warm into the 40s. Friday will bring our next chance for precipitation and this time it looks like snow. Accumulations won’t be much, less than an inch so a few slick spots may develop.
