Despite Logan International Airport’s ample exhibits on local history and a long row of championship banners hanging in Terminal C, travelers still complained that parts of the airport felt like they could have been “Anywhere, USA.”
So airport officials set out to bring more of that distinctly Boston flair to New England’s largest travel hub.
