MANKATO, Minn. (KEYC) – Minnesotan Endurance Athlete and Mankato resident Vusa Bentley breaks the world record for longest female forearm plank. In honor of her son who wears jersey 53, she planked for five hours and three minutes on Saturday, October 24.
This grand accomplishment took years of training, but Vusa made the event even more astonishing by helping raise over $15,000 dollars for the Greater Mankato Area United Way.
Bentley explained, “My purpose was to build something for our community. This is your event. This is not… I just plank because I do crazy crap and to help me stay disciplined. This is you and all the people who donated.”…
