Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News)- A southeast Minnesota man is facing a felony charge for allegedly causing thousands of dollars of property damage at a Rochester bar and restaurant.
Rochester police responded to the property damage report in August. A criminal complaint was filed in the case on Thursday.
