MINNEAPOLIS, MN – A significant change in Minnesota’s weather is approaching as a mild Halloween weekend gives way to a soaking rain system Monday and Tuesday, with some areas potentially receiving up to 3 inches of rainfall.
According to the National Weather Service Twin Cities office, scattered showers Saturday morning will gradually diminish during the afternoon, leaving cloudy but relatively mild conditions for Halloween activities.
