Maynards Industries and Loeb Equipment announced a three-day online auction of all the assets of the Schwebel Baking Company.
The contents of the 125,000-square-foot high-capacity retail bread and bun production facility in Youngstown are being auctioned online with bids closing Nov. 19.
Assets that are part of the auction include ovens, complete bread slicing and packaging lines, dough troughs and pan unstackers, as well as the fleet of delivery vehicles and thousands of various coated bun pans, racks and delivery baskets…
