The National Weather Service issued a report at 8 a.m. on Wednesday for heavy snow until 9 a.m. for Warren, McKean, Potter, Elk and Cameron counties. “At 7:55 a.m., a band of heavy snow was from near Genesee across Bradford to just south of Warren. The band of snow was sagging southward at 15 mph,” states the weather service.
