A woman says her latest trip to a Ross Dress for Less in Florence, South Carolina, left her disappointed after she discovered nearly the entire store had replaced its clothing racks with boxes of clothes. She says the unusual setup made shopping nearly impossible.
On Sept. 8, the woman (@styledbyvmarie) walked viewers through the store in a viral TikTok that has amassed over 322,000 views as of this writing. “Now, Ross, ain’t no way,” she said. “Y’all, they got these boxes … set up around almost around the entire store with clothes packed to the brim.”
What Made the Customer’s Ross Experience So Peculiar?
