RAPID CITY, SD – 18-year-old Dylan Mickey of Rapid City was placed under arrest for Reckless Discharge of a Firearm, Possession of a Loaded Firearm while Intoxicated, Underage Consumption of Alcohol, and Threatening Law Enforcement as the result of an incident Monday in the 3900 block of Elm Avenue.
