STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The Advance/SILive.com team behind the “A Walk Through American History on Staten Island” multimedia series marking the nation’s 250th anniversary brought the project into a local classroom on Tuesday, visiting students at the Hungerford School in New Dorp to discuss the borough’s role in early America.
Reporter Luke Peteley and multimedia specialist Jason Paderon, who produce the series, spoke with about two dozen students and answered their questions.
