A man and a woman were hospitalized after a shooting near Front Street in Perth Amboy, and investigators say the incident was targeted rather than random.
Two people were injured in a shooting Thursday night near Front Street in Perth Amboy, and police say both victims are expected to recover.
According to the Perth Amboy Police Department, a uniformed officer working in the area of 178 Front Street at approximately 10:05 p.m. Thursday responded immediately after hearing a nearby disturbance. When the officer arrived, a man and a woman, both believed to be in their 40s, were found suffering from gunshot wounds.
