STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — FDNY crews responded to a basement fire at a residence on Hylan Boulevard in Oakwood on Monday night.
The fire was reported at about 8:50 p.m. at 2976 Hylan Blvd., between Isabella and Guyon avenues, according to an FDNY spokesperson.
