Map shows dozens of Midland Beach lots bought up by lone developer post-Hurricane Sandy

STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Aerial images show the significant acquisitions a developer has made in Midland Beach since 2012’s Hurricane Sandy.

United Land Group, headquartered at 867 Father Capodanno Blvd., has invested $12 million for roughly three dozen lots in a section of Midland Beach from Graham to Slater Boulevards between Quincy Avenue and Father Capodanno Boulevard.
