STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Delays are reported on the Brooklyn-bound Staten Island Expressway and Goethals Bridge during the Thursday morning rush hour.
Traffic from the Expressway began backing up onto the Goethals Bridge, causing delays on the Staten Island-bound side of the span just before 7 a.m., according to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
