STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — TJ Maxx, the popular off-price retailer known for selling brand-name and designer merchandise at significant discounts, will open a new store this month.
It will take over the free-standing space on Staten Island Mall property in New Springville, which formerly housed the Container Store.
