Donegan, a longtime community advocate with ties to Stapleton, Mariners Harbor and Silver Lake, graduated on May 9 from Regent University with her master’s degree in Christian ministry.
Her commitment to community service spans decades. In 2020, Donegan was recognized by Advance/SILive.com as a Woman of Achievement, honoring her leadership and impact on local residents through faith-based and community outreach.
