STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — A man was hit by a Staten Island Railway train after falling onto the rails early Wednesday morning, police said.
According to the NYPD, the 18-year-old man fell from the platform at Clifton Station, located near the intersection of Bay Street and Townsend Avenue.
