MODESTO, Calif. — After nearly 23 years of service, Sharon Bear is retiring from the Modesto Police Department.
Bear began her career with the department in 2003 as a Community Service Officer. She later became an ID Technician in 2013 and went on to expand her work in community engagement and public outreach.
