SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The father charged in connection with his 11-year-old son’s fentanyl overdose death appeared in court Monday, as the case moves into a discovery phase.
Jeremy DeGonzaque, 42, faces charges of criminally negligent homicide and criminal contempt in the March 2024 death of his son, Ashton DeGonzaque.
