Syracuse, N.Y. — Syracuse residents can give feedback at meetings set this month to discuss potential playground projects in three city neighborhoods.
The city will hold meetings at Barry Park in the University Neighborhood, Elmwood Park in Elmwood and Cummings Field in Eastwood.
