ROME, N.Y. — A woman accused of bringing dangerous substances into Mohawk Correctional Facility has not yet appeared in court to answer charges.
Shondrea Taylor, of Syracuse, failed to show up in Rome City Court nearly six weeks ago, leading a judge to issue a warrant for her arrest.
