BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. — The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office arrested a man for having a handgun at the parking lot of McNamara Elementary School on Wednesday, around noon.
The sheriff’s office said it charged Brian C. Gould, 41, of North Syracuse, with a felony count of criminal possession of a weapon on school grounds. Gould was also charged with failing to change the address on his pistol license within 10 days of moving and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance.
