The Syracuse men’s lacrosse 2026 senior class didn’t take to make their transition to the PLL. Joey Spallina made his debut in style with 5 points in his first game with Maryland, a win over Boston and followed that with two assists in a win over Utah.
The performances earned Spallina the Premier Lacrosse League’s Player of the Week- a feat he accomplished before he had his first practice with the Whipsnakes.
Spallina’s first goal came off an assist from his Syracuse teammate Billy Dwan and with the two wins last weekend, Maryland moves to a PLL-best 3-1 early in the season…
