Syracuse University’s Schine Student is once again tax-exempt.
A team of Appellate Court judges ruled today that the city of Syracuse failed to demonstrate that the student center should be taxed. SU, meanwhile, provided adequate proof the building should be tax-exempt, according to an opinion released Friday.
