SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Fire Department responded to a residential fire on North Midler Avenue on Thursday afternoon.
Emergency crews responded to the fire around 2 p.m. Upon arrival, crews designated the fire as a “signal 99,” which is firefighter-speak for a structure that is on fire.
