SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR) — A 36-year-old accused of killing a man in Syracuse was arrested by U.S. Marshals in California on Thursday, authorities said.
A statement from Sgt. Thomas Blake, a spokesperson for the Syracuse Police Department, includes a timeline of events related to the homicide investigation of 40-year-old Eddie Washington.
