Free downtown Syracuse concert series returns to Hanover Square this August

Syracuse, N.Y. — The free summer concert series formerly known as Hanover Thursdays is returning to its namesake location this year, but it will keep the name it adopted during a temporary move.

315 Thursdays will run 5 to 9 p.m. every Thursday in August in Hanover Square in downtown Syracuse, bringing live music, local artists and vendors back to the center of the city.

The weekly event, which debuted as Hanover Thursdays in 2021, was renamed 315 Thursdays last year when construction in Hanover Square forced organizers to relocate the series to nearby Perseverance Park.
