State Police say a trooper on patrol along Interstate 81 in the Town of Homer spotted a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed around 2 a.m. Thursday, June 25.
According to police, the trooper caught up to the vehicle in the Town of Preble, where it was clocked at 112 mph. While catching up to the vehicle, the trooper also observed several traffic violations.
After stopping the vehicle, the trooper identified the driver as 20-year-old Collin Joseph Fuller of Syracuse. Police say the trooper detected the odor of alcohol and administered field sobriety tests, which indicated Fuller was impaired…
