(TNS) — Le Moyne College has agreed to pay students who missed out on campus life after the Covid pandemic forced classes online in spring 2020.
Arthur Germakovski, a 2021 graduate of Le Moyne, filed a class-action lawsuit against Le Moyne in 2024 alleging that the school broke contracts with students when it went online and did not issue refunds for tuition and fees.
The parties submitted a preliminary settlement agreement to Justice Joseph Lamendola in state Supreme Court in Onondaga County on July 14. They are awaiting final approval…
