MANLIUS, N.Y. — Two parents were charged after they set their own Minoa home with their children inside it on fire, the Manlius Police Department announced.
The police department charged Dale and Aubree Oneal with felony counts of arson and conspiracy, both felonies. They were also charged with misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.
Emergency crews responded to the house at 100 Crisfield Circle on the evening of July 18. The police department said an investigation determined that both Dale and Aubree Oneal “took actions” that led to the fire being intentionally set inside the home…
