MINOA, N.Y. — Court documents revealed the moments before a house in Minoa with children inside it was set on fire.
Dale and Aubree Oneal were charged with felony counts of arson and conspiracy for allegedly setting their house at 100 Crisfield Circle on fire on July 18. Their five children, all younger than 17, were home when the incident occurred.
