SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Syracuse Police have made an arrest following a stabbing early Monday morning.
Police say just after 1:00 a.m., officers responded to a multi-family residence in the 500 block of East Willow Street where they found a 28-year-old female suffering from apparent stab wounds to her head and arms.
The victim was taken to the hospital where according to police, she is listed in stable condition and is expected to survive…
