A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 5:23 p.m. for strong thunderstorms until 6 p.m. for Onondaga County.
Wind gusts of up to 40 mph and nickel-sized hail (0.88 inches) are anticipated.
“At 5:23 p.m., Doppler radar tracked a strong thunderstorm near Baldwinsville, moving east at 25 mph,” says the weather service. “Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.”…
